The Client agrees to provide International Registries
(FE) Limited with whatever information we may
require about the background of the Client's company
or business. International Registries (FE) Limited
will only form companies on behalf of professional
firms and does not assist in the formation of
Marshall Islands companies for the beneficial
owners of these companies. Any beneficial owners
that contact International Registries (FE) Limited
will be referred to a legal, financial or other
professional, who is experienced in company formation
and subject to due diligence requirements of anti-money
laundering and counter-terrorism regulations.
International Registries (FE) Limited and its
affiliates reserve the right to cancel any or
all services if the activities of the client
are deemed to be illegal or in violation of
any policy or regulation of the Republic of
the Marshall Islands or other controlling jurisdiction
